An attractive perennial herb with pink/white flowers in summer and deep-green leaves. 

Position: Full sun to part shade with open soil and summer moisture. 

Uses: Excellent cultivar for traditional Mint Sauce. Use with lamb, seafood, peas, beans, carrots and fresh fruit. Also used in drizzles and sauces for desserts.
