An attractive perennial herb with pink/white flowers in summer and deep-green leaves. Reputedly selected by a Sydney based chef for its deep flavour and long green leaves.
Position: Open soil with summer moisture. Part to full sun. Grows well in a pot.
Uses: Partners well with European and Asian herbs like rosemary, oregano, chilli, coriander, lemon grass and ginger. Excellent cultivar for traditional mint sauce, mint tea and desserts. Use with lamb and seafood or add to peas, beans and fresh salads.
