This is a hardy perennial that is a kitchen essential. It has a sweet mild spicy flavour that is a versatile herb in many differen dishes. 

Position: Part to full sun. 

Uses: Partners well with garlic, chives and parsley. Tasy addition to tomato and eggplant dishes, in herb bread, scones and stuffing in poultry. Pleasant flavour when eaten raw in salads.
