We take orders all year round for Bare Root Trees. Stock is delivered each year in June and July. We will advise the cost and availability by email or text message when your trees have been received.

No deposit is required on a Bare Root Tree pre order.

A compact maple with a natural rounded shape. May suffer scorch in very hot windy areas. Grafted onto a 1.8 m standard

Growth Rate: Slow to moderate  

Foliage: Lobed mid to dark green leaves turning golden yellow in late autumn. New growth has bronze tinges.

Flower: Insignificant

Bark:  Grey-brown, becoming ridged with age
