Lovage is a herb that originates from Liguria in Italy. It looks and tastes like celery or celeriac and has many uses. 

Position: Full to part sun

Uses: Great for vegetarian and vegan dishes as it has quite a meaty flavour. Best used fresh but the leaves and stems can be frozen then minced and used in casseroles, soups and stuffings. Delicious fresh in salads or snadwiches.
