As for all English lilacs, plant the graft 10 cm below the soil level. Remove any suckers as they appear. Dislikes very hot weather so best grown in a sunny but protected position in Perth.

Foliage: Mid green heart shaped leaves.

Flower: Deep purple buds open to double mauve flowers in mid spring. Fragrant.
