A vigorous thorny tree that produces a single crop of thin-skinned and juicy fruit. The fruit is produced within the canopy which can help protect it from sunburn. 

Position: Full sun, can tolerate greater extremes in heat and cold than Eureka

Size & Habit: 6m tall x 3m wide, large, upright habit

Flower: White, scented

Fruit: Medium, High juice and acidity levels, few to no seeds

Skin: Smooth, yellow, medium rind

Cropping: Crops in winter to early spring

Harvest/Maturity: Will take up to two years to fruit

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Flavouring dishes, drinks and desserts, juice and zest can be used.
