Citrus x – ‘Eureka Semi Dwarf’

One of the best lemons for the home garden as it produces medium to large fruit year-round. The skin is thick but the flesh inside is juicy and sour. This plant is grafted onto semi-dwarf rootstock which will limit its size to 2-2.5.5m tall and wide making it perfect for pots or smaller gardens. 

Position: Full sun, protected from cold winds, plant in well-drained improved soil

Size & Habit: 2-2.5m x 2-2.5m, a semi-dwarf form of the standard tree

Flower: White, strong sweet scent, year-round spot flowering

Fruit: Yellow, sour, juicy, few seeds

Skin: Yellow, thick

Cropping: Will fruit year-round

Harvest/Maturity: Will take up to two years to fruit

Pollination: Self-fertile

Uses: Flavouring dishes, drinks and desserts, juice and zest can be used.
