Fortunella margarita “Nagami”

Produces small oval fruit (~4cm long) that ripens late winter. The entire fruit is eaten with the rind been sweet and the flesh acidic. Fruit hold on tree well and may contain some seeds. Commonly grown for its ornamental value as well as for fruit. Very cold resistant and hardy. Suitable for pots, reaching up to 2.5m in the ground. Also spelt “cumquat”
