The Koelreuteria or Golden Rain Tree is a showy deciduous tree, excellent for feature planting. Has a splendid summer display of bright yellow flowers in clusters. It has excellent tolerance for heat, sun and pollution.

Habit: 6m H x 6m W

Growth Rate: Moderate-Fast

Foliage: Pinkish new growth softening into mid green. Compound bipinnate leaves turn to yellow in autumn.

Flower: Yellow flowers born in upright panicles up to 40cm long on branch ends. Followed by beautiful papery bronze seed pods.

Bark:  Pale greyish brown becoming furrowed with age.
