A delicious vegetable grown for its attractive tender purple stalks, tasty green leaves and delicate yellow flowers. The plant has a mild and sweet mustard flavour. 

Position: Full sun with moist well drained soil. 

Uses: Adds colour to fresh salads, lightly cooked in stir fries, as a last addition to Asian soups, or steamed as a side dish.
