A hardy, drought tolerant bulb with striking, trumpet shaped flowers that can last up to 3 weeks. It can be grown in pots and garden beds, but should be in a position protected from the wind. Plant into improved soil making sure that the top third of the bulb is exposed. The bulb should be lifted in early autumn and stored in a dry, warm area.
