Hibiscus rosa-sinensis – ‘Sabrina’

Price range: $19.99 through $29.99

A lovely plant growing to 3m tall and 3m wide with large, deep green leaves. In the warmer months of the year it produces bright red, double flowers.

It makes a lovely specimen plant due to its extended flowering period. It also makes a great informal hedging and screening plant. 

It should be grown in a full sun to part shade position in well drained, fertile soils. It should be pruned to shape in spring and fertilised with a complete fertiliser. It needs to be protected from frost and mulched to protect the roots from temperature and water stress.
