Helleborus hybrid – ‘Anna’s Red’

$29.99

A bright, winter flowering perennial with regal, deep red flowers. It produces long stems topped with rounded leaves and can grow to 50cm tall and 60cm wide. 

It is a great plant to grow under large, shady trees and in shaded areas of the garden where there might not normally be much colour. It also performs well in pots and can even be briefly brought indoors while in full bloom in order to fully appreciate the flowers. 

It should be planted in a full to dappled shade position in well drained soil. It should be fertilised with slow release fertiliser in autumn and spring. The spent flowers should be removed along with any damaged leaves at the end of the flowering season.
