A dense, endemic groundcover growing to 30cm tall and 2m wide with thin green leaves that can be spiky. They also produce dense, white flower heads with a rounded pincushion appearance. They can flower from winter through to early summer.

They are a great verge plant, quickly growing to cover the spaces. They are also useful habitat plants in native gardens, providing hiding places for lizards and food for birds. These plants are quite hardy, happy in coastal plantings, water wise gardens and low care gardens.

They should be planted in well drained soils in full sun to part shade positions.
