Sometimes known as the Chinese Wolfberry, the Goji Berry is a sprawling shrub with long arching stems. It produces purple flowers followed by sweet orange red berries. The flavour is similar to Cranberry or Sultana.

Position: Likes fertile, well drained soil in part to full sun. Grows well in any garden and in pots.

Uses: Can be used in sweet or savoury dishes including juices, salads, sauces and casseroles. Excellent added to stir fried rice. Can be used dried or rehydrated and added at any stage of cooking. Great eaten raw on cereal or as a snack.
