A large shrub with masses of sweetly perfumed, cream flowers and green & white foliage.

Position: Does well in poor dry soils and prefers full sun. 

Uses: Flowers can be used in salads, fruit dishes or added to punches, cordials and champagnes. Partners well with Stevia, Mexican Tarragon, spearmint and lemon flavoured herbs. Many medicinal uses especially for respiratory conditions like colds and flu.
