Easy to grow hardy silver leafed shrub that produces yellow flowers. The leaves have a strong and distinctive curry fragrance.  

Please Note: this is not the same plant as the Curry Leaf tree.

Position: Full sun is prefered. Tolerates exposed positions and poor soils.

Uses: Not used in cooking, but can be added in smal quantities to salads. Can also be used when smoking meat, fruit and nuts to add a distinctive flavour. Mix with other pungent herbs to make a pot pourri.
