A small moderately growing deciduous tree which produces masses of warm rose-pink flowers. Best in full sun moist but well drained slightly acidic soil. Prepare soil with a good amount of organic matter and soil conditioner.

Foliage: Dark green turning orange/purple/red in Autumn

Flowers: Rose-pink

Bark: Dark olive green that exfoliates at around 3 years leaving a smooth, pinkish – caramel underbark.
