A small moderately growing, mildew resistant, deciduous tree which produces masses of coral pink flowers with golden anthers which look absolutely astonishing. Best in full sun moist but well drained slightly acidic soil. Prepare soil with a good amount of organic matter and soil conditioner.

Foliage: Dark green turning orange/purple/red in Autumn

Flowers: Coral pink flowers with golden anthers

Bark: Dark olive green that exfoliates at around 3 years leaving a smooth, pinkish – caramel  underbark.
