POSITION: Partial shade prefered but will tolerate full sun.

USES: The tuber is edible when cooked and is a staple food for many pacific cultures. The young leaves can also be eaten if well cooked.

COMMENTS: Suitable for either growing in a pond or in moist/boggy soil.
