Chorizema cordatum

$16.99 – $24.99

A lovely endemic plant growing to 1.5m tall and 1.5m wide. It has stunning pea shaped flowers in winter and spring that are pink and orange in colour. 

It is a perfect native shade plant, excellent for growing in the understorey of larger shrubs and trees. It is also a lovely plant for cottage gardens and growing in containers due to its unique flower colour combination. 

It should be grown in part to full shade in well drained soils. When first establishing it should be tip pruned to encourage a bushy habit and regularly watered and mulched.
