Cerastium tomentosum – ‘Snow-in-Summer’

‘Snow-in-Summer’ is a dense groundcover growing to 15cm high and 45cm wide. The leaves are felted and silvery grey in colour and the flowers are white and star shaped. The flowering season is Spring however the silvery colour of the foliage makes this a nice plant a nice display year round. It is hardy to poor soils, but likes it soils to be well drained. It can be positioned in full sun to part shade.
