The Caper Bush grows well in warm, dry conditions, making it a great plant for the Perth climate. Will begin to produce flower buds in its second year, and when mature will produce kilos of buds which can be pickled or salted.

Grows 1×1.5m. Plant in full sun in well draining soil. Drought tolerant once established. Caper plants do not like excess water, humidity or a cold climate. Semi-deciduous.
