Very easy to grow herb that often will self seed in the garden. The flowers are an attractive vibrant blue and star-shaped. Both leaves and stems are covered in hairs

Growing Conditions: Plant in a sunny position. Planting multiple plants together will mean they support each other while growing and will not fall over.

Size: up to 100 cm high x 75 cm wide

Use: Both the leaves and stems are edible (though hairy!). Leaves can either we used raw or cooked (like spinach), the stems can be used as you would celery. Flowers are also edible and can be used in salads or drinks.
