FEATURES: Aromatic foliage with a wide range of culinary uses. Compact and columnar growing variety of the Bay Tree

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 1.8m x 0.5m.

FOLIAGE: Deep green aromatic foliage with glossy oval leaves.

POSITION: Needs well-drained fertile soil and a position in full sun.

USES: Leaves are popular for use in curries, casseroles and slow cooking. It is added early to the cooking to allow the flavour to permeate the meat and vegetables.

COMMENTS: Can be grown in a pot or as a feature specimen in the garden.
