Banksia menziesii – ‘Menzies’ Banksia Dwarf’

A small, showy evergreen shrub native to Western Australia. Branches are thick and woolly and leaves long and serrate. Pink/red flowers appear from autumn to winter. Ideal for stunning cut flowers, with the flower cones also highly ornamental. Attractive to native birds.

Foliage: Long, serrated

Flowering season: Autumn to winter

Soil: Sandy to loamy

Plant into well drained, improved soil in an open, full sun to part shade position. Prune to encourage a dense growth habit.
