Banksia integrifolia – ‘Coast Banksia’

FEATURES: Rough patterned bark, fast growing and frost tolerant 

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 15m x 10m 

FOLIAGE: Dark green with silver underside, leathery

FLOWER: Pale yellow, cylinder-shaped, autumn to spring  

POSITION: Full sun

USES: Cut flower, decorative fruit, erosion control, pollinator-attracting, street trees, windbreaks and coastal gardens

COMMENTS:  Phosphorous sensitive, only use native fertilisers. Responds well to pruning and can be trimmed yearly to keep as a more manageable size.
