Asparagus sprengeri – ‘Asparagus Fern’

$16.99

A tough fern with fine foliage and a clumping, scrambling habit. In spring it produces small flowers that can be either white or pink followed by ornamental red berries. 

It is an excellent, hardy plant to grow indoors or it can be grown in protected positions outdoors. It suits hanging baskets and pots so that the stems can trail over the edges of the pot.

It should be planted in premium potting mix and grown in a part sun position. Outdoors it should be protected from cool weather and rain so growing it potted under a patio is ideal.
