Alpinia nutans – Cardamom Dwarf

A hardy, densely clumping tropical plant with large, fragrant leaves reminiscent of cardamom. Seeds are not true Cardamom seeds, however the leaves can have various culinary uses.

Suitable for a shaded to slightly sunny position, in a protected position. Plant into moist, well-drained and humus-rich soil, or into premium potting mix if kept in a pot. Do not allow to dry out.
