A wonderful, dense native shrub endemic to areas around the South-West of Western Australia. Great as a screening plant, a hedge, windbreak, or even as a container plant – a popular living Christmas tree! Provides great shelter for native birds, and suitable for coastal gardens.

Size: Up to 5m x 2m

Flower: Bright red, but fairly insignificant

Foliage: Soft, green-grey needle-like foliage

Flowering season: Autumn to spring

Soil: Well-drained, not consistently wet.

Plant into well drained, improved soil in a full sun to part shade position.
