Adenanthos cuneata – ‘Basket Flower’

A wonderful low-growing, spreading Western Australian shrub with stunning new red growth emerging from silvery grey-green leaves. Leaves are a distinctive wedge shape with a scalloped edge. A tough, waterwise plant once established, it is suitable for rockeries, verge gardens, coastal planting, and for attracting native birds.

Size: 1m high x 1.5m wide

Flower: Small red tubular flowers

Foliage: Silver, green, red and grey

Flowering season: Spring

Soil: Well drained

Plant into well drained, improved soil in an open, full sun to part shade position.
