Aulax cancellata – ‘Red Haze’

FEATURES: Unusual linear foliage with red tips, drought tolerant, unique yellow flowers

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 2m x 1.5m

FOLIAGE: Thin, soft needles, red tones in autumn and winter

FLOWER: Yellow, feathery, spring and summer

POSITION: Full sun

USES: Verges, mass planting, coastal gardens, poolside planting, pots and containers

COMMENTS: Prune to shape as required, fertilise with slow release native fertiliser in spring and mulch during summer. Requires acidic soils with low levels of phosphorous, soil mixes suitable for native plants will also suit this plant.
