Salvia lanceolata – ‘Rusty Sage’

Price range: $9.99 through $12.99

FEATURES: Leaves have a lemon-pepper scent when crushed, bird-attracting flowers, tolerates heat and drought

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 1m x 80cm

FOLIAGE: Grey-green, thick, textured

FLOWER: Rusty pink, spring to autumn.

POSITION: Full sun to part shade position, in well-draining soil

USES: Cottage gardens, perennial beds, borders, pots and containers

COMMENTS: Tip prune after flowering to encourage new growth and more flowers, fertilise in spring with a slow-release fertiliser
