A wonderful large shrub growing to 3m tall and 2m wide. In winter and spring it produces large yellow flowers that develop a red blush as they age.

It is a wonderful informal hedge, feature shrub, habitat plant for wildlife, and container specimen. It makes a wonderful cut flower but does have a short vase life so are perfect as a centrepiece for a barbeque or outdoor event.

It should be grown in a full sun position in well drained soils. For best growth mulch after planting and fertilise with native slow release annually.
