Daphne transatlantica – ‘Eternal Fragrance’

 

$19.99 – $24.99

A lovely scented Daphne with fragrant white blooms that appear in spring with smaller flushes throughout the year. It has narrow green leaves and is a smaller plant, reaching 60cm tall and 90cm wide. This particular cultivar is bred to be frost, heat and drought hardy as well as being less particular about pH than some daphne cultivars. It is an excellent performer in both pots and the garden thanks to its hardy nature as well as its beautiful blooms.

Needs a cool root system so mulch well, and be mindful that Daphne dislikes having it’s roots disturbed and sitting in water. It can be grown in either a pot or in the garden, in a partially shaded position.
