FEATURES: Long lasting flowers, fast growing, pollinator attracting

HEIGHT X WIDTH: 1m x 50cm

FOLIAGE: Deeply lobed, green, furred

FLOWER: Clustered head, pale blue, late spring to summer

POSITION: Full sun to part shade

USES: Flower gardens, verges, cottage garden, native garden, wildflower meadow, pots and containers

COMMENTS: Tip pruning when you will encourage bushy growth and extra blooms, tolerant of dry spells and light frosts 

SEED SOWING: Sow in spring and autumn. No pretreatment is required. Plant direct where they are to grow or into pots or punnets to be pricked out as they grow large enough to handle. Sow into good seed raising mix and only just cover the seed with more mix. Do not plant too deeply. Keep moist but not wet or waterlogged until germination. Trachymene will germinate freely in 7 to 21 days.
