A small, yellow to golden skinned, white fleshed onion. 

Position: Full sun in well drained, improved soil.

Uses: Essential in French cuisine, the green shoots can be harvested any time and used like spring onions. The bulb has a sweet mild taste and is perfect for caramelisation. Tasty in sauces, soups, casseroles, freshly sliced into salads or salsa.
