Orthonna capensis – ‘Ruby Necklace’

A stunning, trailing succulent with purple stems and fleshy, green leaves that, if sun stressed, turn a deep red/ purple. In spring it produces bright yellow daisy flowers that add an extra pop of colour to the lovely plant. 

It is perfect for growing in hanging baskets, pots, rockeries, and trailing over retaining walls. It is perfect for growing in bright windowsills indoors or under the patio as well as outdoor uses. 

It needs excellent drainage and position with morning sun to thrive and for it to show its beautiful colouration. It should be fertilised twice a year with slow release fertiliser.
