Kunzea baxteri

$14.99

A showy, native shrub growing to 1.5m tall and 1.5m wide with fine, green leaves. In winter it produces masses of red flowers with a bottlebrush shape. 

It is perfect for screening, hedging and specimen planting. It is perfect for coastal, native and waterwise gardens and has the bonus of attracting birds and pollinating insects.

It should be planted in well drained soil in a full sun position. It should be mulched and fertilised with slow release, native fertiliser yearly. After flowering it can be lightly pruned back to encourage a dense, compact habit.
