A stunning evergreen tree for any garden. Originating in rainforests of eastern Australia, it receives its common name due to the masses of golden flowers bearing a frangipani appearance and heady fragrance.
Size: up to 8m
Flowers: Bright creamy-yellow deepening to golden yellow. Followed by winged capsules.
Foliage: Large deep green leaves aid to the tree’s tropical appearance.
Planting: Requires well draining, enriched soil in full sun to dappled shade. Protect from frosts when young.
