Hydrangea macrophylla  – ‘H2002 Miss Saori’

A unique big leaf hydrangea growing to 1m tall and 1m wide that has pink flowers regardless of pH and is suitable for sunny positions (as long as you avoid full summer afternoon sun).

It has stunning bronze toned leaves that darken to deep red in autumn. Its blooms are white internally with pink edging and it will bloom all throughout spring and summer.

It needs a partially shaded position in well drained soils but ensure soil is kept moist in summer with regular watering and mulching.  To ensure reblooming after flowering remove spent flower heads, prune the plant as desired and fertilise with a slow release fertiliser in spring.
