Geraldton Wax – Chantilly Lace
Chamelaucium hybrid – ‘Chantilly Lace’
An attractive medium shrub growing to 2m tall and 1.5m wide with long, linear foliage. In late winter through to spring it produces white, waxy semi-double flowers with a lime green centre.
It is perfect for native and waterwise gardens as it is tough and beautiful. It can also be used as a informal screen or hedge as it can grow quite dense especially if regularly pruned.
It should be grown in well drained soils in a full sun to part shade position. After flowering it can be lightly pruned to shape.
