Gardenia augusta – ‘Ocean Pearl’

‘Ocean Pearl’ is a lovely small evergreen shrub growing to 1m by 1m with scented white flowers all year. It needs acidic soils, so before planting improve the soil with organic matter. It will not grow to its full potential if it is exposed to the elements, plant it in a sunny position sheltered from winds and heat. It looks great as a hedge, in a pot or as a feature tree.
